Ray Brehm

Biography

Ray Brehm helps his clients manage passive income streams and grow their businesses. As a real estate investor for over 20 years, he found the quality of good property management companies truly lacking. In 2008, he co-founded a real estate property management company and quickly turned it into a multi-million
dollar business. Ray is also a Certified Business Coach. When you put the two together, that is where it gets very interesting. Ray has a knack for applying principles of good business to real estate, in order to help investors manage their investments like true businesses. He also has a passion for helping business owners quickly convert their businesses into passive income streams. Ray believes “Passive Income is the Ninth Wonder of the World.”
Ray graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Baldwin Wallace College in Berea, Ohio (now Baldwin Wallace University), where he was also a two-sport letterman. Ray started his career in corporate America, learning as much as he could, but always looking for his place. He found it as an entrepreneur.
As a business owner, Ray began learning and documenting what he calls the Mental Muscles of Success. By working these muscles, he found himself trying things most people wouldn’t. “I went from obscurity one day to presenting alongside Dolf De Roos to real estate investors and being coached personally by Alex Charfen, the founder of one of the top business coaching firms in the country,” he explains.
Ray’s current projects include a book on how to run your real estate investments like a true business (with all of the hidden insights of both a business coach and real estate investor). Ray is also building a content marketing business to fill the much-needed niche of content for business owners’ web presence.
Ray’s dream is to build an Entrepreneur School for Youths, and teach as many of our future business owners as possible the power of owning your own business.
