Biography

Peter J. Renzulli, C.P.A., has been a go-to senior-level corporate executive in the fields of finance, venture capital, operations, business planning and information technology for more than 20 years. In addition to serving in CFO and upper management roles for private, publicly-traded and entrepreneurial firms in the
U.S., Puerto Rico and England, he has taught accounting and taxation courses at numerous colleges, including an ongoing Adjunct Professorship at Rutgers University. Renzulli has also shared his expertise via employee and owner training seminars for the Small Business Administration, and frequently appeared on CNN as a financial matters guru.
Since 2001, he has held the dual role as President & CFO for New Jersey-based Bookkeepers 2 Go, LLC, which provides accounting and tax compliance services for small business owners. In 2013, Renzulli founded a new arm of the company, PerformAccount, which offers full-service back office outsourcing and compliance solutions.
Previously, Renzulli led his own accountancy firm in Bridgewater, N.J.; while he has also been charged with tax, accounting and consulting positions for the likes of Deloitte & Touche; conglomerate Bedminster National, Bedminster Financial and Bedminster Capital; Perform Account; Power Conversion (a subsidiary of British Tire & Rubber); and Kepniss Tufariello & Associates.
Away from the office, he coaches youth hockey to help kids develop life skills while enjoying the competition of athletics; and is a member of the Board of Advisers for Fairview Lake’s YMCA Camps in Stillwater, N.J., a state leader in traditional camping, environmental education, and adult and family camping.
Peter Renzulli earned an MBA degree with honors in Marketing and his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Rutgers University’s College School of Business; and is a licensed CPA in New York and New Jersey.
