Biography

Andy Mulholland is a native of Rochester, MN, where he has built a real estate business that is changing the way real estate is bought and sold in the US. In his first year in business, his local Realtor Association named him Rookie of the Year when he sold a record number of homes for a first year agent. Four short years later, Andy has built up Handy Andy Real Estate Experts, Inc. to become one of the highest producing real estate teams in all of MN. He was named a Top 10 RE/MAX agent in the entire state, out of hundreds of agents, while practicing in a market a third the size of most. His unique home selling system, and 59-Day Guaranteed Sale Program has resulted in his team selling more than seventeen times the number of homes the average agent sells in his area each year. At the age of just 29, and after only 3 years with RE/MAX, Andy was inducted to the RE/MAX Hall Of Fame, a level of business that takes most agents 10 or more years to reach.
Andy is a Certified Expert Advisor with the National Association of Expert Advisors® (NAEA). His training with the NAEA has earned him designations as a Certified Home Selling Advisor® (CHSA) and Certified Home Buying Advisor (CHBA).
In 2014, a three-time Emmy award-winning Producer selected Andy to be part of the upcoming documentary, Selling America, which will feature Andy and the unique system he uses to sell homes for up to 18% more, and in half the time of traditional real estate methods.
Andy currently resides in Rochester MN with his wife and two sons.
