Business Leaders Gather in Honor of Book Author

When you run San Diego’s fastest-growing and most innovative residential property management company, it’s important to mix and mingle with the area’s movers and shakers.  For Salvatore J. Friscia, owner and managing broker of San Diego Premier Property Management, his new best-seller proved the perfect impetus to throw a power party.

Friscia, who contributed a chapter to the CelebrityPress™ best-selling book, “The Next Big Thing: Top Trends from Today’s Leading Experts to Help You Dominate the New Economy,” decided to leverage his new author status by holding a book-signing event – complete with drinks and hors dvores.  The evening turned out to be an incredible boost to his business.

Approximately 25 local business leaders, prominent clients and associates attended the event, resulting in 3 new business opportunities as well as an agreement for Salvatore to participate in a paid property management blog.

Friscia, who is also the founder of the syndicated investment group, The Friscia Group (http://www.FrisciaGroup.com), had previously authored two e-books entitled “7 Steps to Manage Your Rental Property Successfully” and “Top 10 Red Flags of Deadbeat Tenants,” but his chapter in “The Next Big Thing,” released on March 10th and an immediate Amazon best-seller in two different categories, took his public profile to a whole new level.

“Overall the experience has been incredibly positive and I’m just getting started on ways to leverage the exposure,” says Salvatore.
