W. Adam Clatsoff has lectured on insurance topics nationally and is a widely-accepted authority on matters related to insurance and financial planning.
In 1969, Adam founded Adcahb Medical Coverages, one of Florida’s largest and leading health insurance agencies. His titles include Chartered Financial Consultant, Certified Financial Planner, Registered Health Underwriter, Chartered Life Underwriter and Long Term Care Insurance Strategist. Adam served as President of the Gold Coast Chapter of Financial Planners and is the founding President of the Sawgrass Association of Life Underwriters. However, Adam’s recognition doesn’t stop there.
You’ll find Adam listed in the editions of “Who’s Who” in the South, in the Southwest and in the Financial Industry in America. He is the recipient of many top industry awards, the United States Olympic Committee Distinguished Patron Award and in 1998, honored as Small Businessman Of The Year by the Broward County Council of Chambers. Adam’s previous books include the One Cent Solution (published 1994 by Noble House Publishers), 101 Reasons Why You Should Eat Fast Food (published 2008 by Star Group International), and Health Insurance 50% Less in 2009. In addition, Adam hosted a radio talk show on WWNN 1470 AM for over 10 years and currently produces the Steve Kane Show.
Legislators, state insurance commissioners and industry CEO’s continue to look to Adam for his unique professional insights and personal advice. He currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the Florida Legislature’s Insurance Advisory Board, created to study ways to substantially reduce the number of Floridians without health insurance. Likewise, Adam is also focused on America’s aging population and the steps retirees and pre-retirees can take to help outlive their retirement savings.
Celebrating 47 years of marriage with his wife Carole, Adam is the father of Heather Clatsoff-Doucette and Bill Clatsoff and a proud grandfather to Nickolas and C.J. Doucette and Lexi and Adam Clatsoff.
