Stacie Widhelm is a passionate health/wellness coach and speaker who has been empowering clients of all ages and fitness levels for more than a decade. She is the proprietor of Fit 4 U Fitness and SRW Mind, Body Performance, Hastings, offering training in large and small groups as well as individually. Stacie has most
recently put her talents into the forthcoming book, Change the Habit, Change the Body, centering workshops and speaking engagements around its tenet that simple changes in daily activities and mindset will make large fitness and nutrition goals attainable. She is continually expanding her own training and education so she can better serve her clients and help them get results in the most efficient, least intimidating way.
Stacie says, “There is nothing more amazing than helping someone reach a goal. When clients talk about results — having more energy, dropping a jeans size, making it through the day without drinking pop — those achievements feel like my achievements and they are huge.”
Stacie works with athletes in their prime, seniors, youth, and everyone in-between designing programs to meet individuals’ unique needs and helping clients reach their personal goals. Stacie is certified through the ISSA (International Sports Science Association), IYCA (International Youth Conditioning Association), and also has BioForce HRV, RBT Band, and IYCA Speed and Ability certification. She has also trained under Mike Robertson (Bullet Proof Knee/Access and Correct). In addition, she is MPI (Mindset Performance Institute) level 1 certified.
Stacie is available for consultation classes, workshops and speaking engagements focused on fitness, nutrition, health and wellness and mindset.
