Biography

As a successful Realtor since 1999, Sally Scrimgeour utilizes her Fortune 500 training background to provide exceptional customer service for her clients. When she moved her family across country, Sally experienced firsthand what it’s like to be on the client side of a real estate transaction and was determined to make a difference in the real estate industry. She obtained her real estate license and has been committed to providing her knowledge and expertise to her clients ever since.

Serving the Twin Cities metro area for more than 15 years as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Burnet, she has earned a reputation for tackling big challenges and getting great results. Sally has been awarded the distinction of being part of Coldwell Banker Burnet’s President Club for numerous years. Mpls. St. Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business Journal have recognized her as a Super Real Estate Agent, while her clients have identified her as a real estate agent demonstrating exceptional ability and service. This honor represents fewer than 7% of all licensed real estate agents in Minnesota.

By offering clients her in-depth knowledge of the local housing market, expert negotiation skills and professional home staging assistance, she provides stellar service to both homebuyers and sellers. When not doing real estate, Sally and her husband, Jim, who is also her real estate partner, enjoy spending time with their four children and their families. The family can also be found hitting the ski slopes, hiking, golfing and enjoying boating on Lake Minnetonka and Lake Waconia.
