Jason Michael Jakus, known as “the bold negotiator”, leads the real estate practice of Leisure American Realty, LLC and the The Jakus Realty Team in Southwest Florida. Jason specializes in marketing and selling luxury, golf and waterfront homes. Jason also practices commercial real estate and his firm offers full service property management. With over 12 years of experience in real estate consulting, valuation, investing, and marketing, he is recognized as a leading expert in real estate sales.
Jason is also the Managing Partner and CEO of Platinum Edge Solutions, a comprehensive consulting and training company. Jason is a National Speaker with 13 years experience working as a Consultant, Certified Business Coach and Peak Performance Strategist assisting Fortune 1000 companies in execution and strategy.
Jason trains Real Estate Agents in the art of negotiating, marketing, branding, technology and valuation practices. Jason has earned his Short Sale and Foreclosure (SFR), Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR), and E-Pro designations through the National Association of Realtors®. Jason is a sought after “Voice of Real Estate” and has made appearances on NBC and is a featured contributor on real estate for two newspapers in his local market.
