Hagop Emrazian

Biography

Hagop Emrazian partners with his clients to develop practical solutions for workforce learning and management development. He is an energizing facilitator and speaker where he makes sure to push people outside their comfort zones in order for them to realize their potential and get aligned with corporate goals.
With over 20 years experience in the corporate world, he first started his career with Gulf Bank, and later with Agility Logistics as the Regional Head of Learning and Development for the Middle East and Africa regions.
Hagop holds a BSc in Human Resources management and a Diploma in Training and Development as a graduate of the University of Leicester, UK, and a Certified Targeted Selection Interviewer and Facilitator from DDI International.
He is a firm believer in learning from organizations and organizations that learn to adapt new strategies and continually improve their performance. Hagop actively works with students and fresh graduates and lectures and speaks in business conferences, including TEDx.
Currently Hagop is a Sr. Consultant with the RJ Learning Group serving clients in the Middle East and Europe with a primary focus on management development, coaching and team dynamics assignments for multiple business sectors – including banks, automotive, supply chains, hotels, education and construction, among others.
