Guntars Stikovs

Biography

Guntars Stikovs is a graduate physiotherapist. He has been working in Ireland since 2004 in Beechfield Manor Senior House, where he provides basic personal care, social care and emotional support to elderly people who need help with day-to-day tasks.
His role is to enable elderly people to keep as much of their independence as possible, and to be as socially and physically active as they can.
Guntars has also been actively self-employed as a free-lance physiotherapist. As such, he has been able to establish long-lasting business relationships with his customers even during this recession. He would like to add his appreciation for Mary Clear, Dir. Of Nursing, G.M. Ciaran Larmer, and Sally Rowland (one of the owners), at Beechfield Manor Nursing Home, and is thankful to the very dedicated staff there for their help.
