Brent Gove

Biography

Since 1997, Brent Gove has been successfully selling real
estate in the Sacramento area, following the example set
by his parents, both long-time Real Estate Brokers. He
and his team sell hundreds of homes annually, within the
Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado counties.
For over 6 years, Brent has been the local expert and host of “The Real
Estate Report with Brent Gove” on Northern California’s number one talk
radio station KFBK 1530 AM, one of the top 15 AM stations in America.
Brent’s new book, Momentum, has just been released through Irish Canon
Press and is selling rapidly throughout the nation. Momentum is a strategic
guide to success for Real Estate Agents and Brokers.
Though he started out as a one-man show, Brent started building a fullservice
team of agents and staff in 2000 to meet the needs of his clients.
Brent’s accomplishments include being the C.E.O. and Team Leader of Keller
Williams’ Roseville, California office. Prior to Keller Williams, he qualified as
the #2 RE/MAX Agent in the state of California and #11 RE/MAX Agent in the
world out of 128,000 agents! Today, Brent is an International Speaker, Sales
Trainer, Author and Business Coach.
Brent states: “By building a team, my agents and I can focus solely on our
clients’ needs, while our staff focuses on the administrative details involved
in each transaction. In addition, we can come together and brainstorm when
we face challenges and, of course, encourage the integrity and character of
each agent and transaction.” His motto is: ALWAYS DO THE RIGHT THING IN
EVERY SITUATION.
Of all of Brent’s accomplishments, he is most proud of being a husband to
his beautiful wife Kathy and a Dad to his five children. Outside of the office,
he is active in coaching his kids’ soccer teams and the family loves to travel.
Brent is an avid golfer, and they are very involved in their church.
Brent often says: “One of my favorite things to do is to help a first-time
homebuyer. The sense of satisfaction that comes when I hand them the key
to their new home is priceless. I guess real estate is just in my blood.”
