Biography

Bill Banner is an author, world-class business coach and leader with an extraordinary range of business expertise to achieve unprecedented performance. Having built his coaching practice upon 30 years of corporate experience, he is often called up to apply his results based approach to operational excellence, team performance, marketing and business development.
Bill has written articles for BusinessLink Newspaper on enhancing business performance and coaches business owners and professionals on how to “get everything they truly want out of business ownership”. Having grown and run successful multi-million business units himself, Bill mentors his clients with focus on business growth strategies, increasing profitability, igniting employee performance and satisfaction, and creating customer loyalty.
Formally trained first as a mechanical engineer, Bill has always enjoyed building things. What he is passionate about is building businesses and careers. In addition to one on one coaching, Bill also specializes in Group Coaching, Workshops, and In-House Training and Development .
