Alex Rodriguez is Founder and Managing Director of Exit Strategy Advisors, LLC, a strategy consulting firm committed to accelerating the financial results of its clients. Alex is a leading authority in business leadership effectiveness with Fortune
500 experience in strategic planning and business development. Alex earned degrees from Harvard University, the University of Arizona and New Mexico Military Institute.
Alex served as Presidential Management Fellow at the Office of the Secretary of Defense at the Pentagon. As former President and Board Member of the Tucson Unified School District Governing Board, Candidate for U.S. Congress and U.S. Army Captain with service in war-torn Bosnia, Alex is well versed in leadership effectiveness through ‘in the trenches’ experience as practitioner, and as a student of the art and science of leadership development. Alex was raised as the youngest of ten children in a first generation immigrant working class family. He was the first child with the privilege to graduate from college. Alex is an avid reader, enjoys playing racquetball and playing drums. Alex and his wife Claudia are the proud parents of Emi Sofia, their 2 year old daughter, and have a highly energetic Labrador Retriever named “Kasper.”
