Bio

Brad Martineau is the CEO and Chief Baller at SixthDivision, a small business consulting organization that specializes in helping entrepreneurs build better businesses. More specifically, he and his team are experts at helping entrepreneurs get clear on what success looks like for them, articulating a plan to accomplish that success, and then most importantly, actually implementing the plan.

Brad’s introduction to the world of small business and entrepreneurship came back in 2004 when he was hired as the sixth employee at Infusionsoft to run their entire support team. He got a firsthand view of what it takes to be successful as an entrepreneur as Infusionsoft grew from 6 to 150 employees, and then ultimately to over 500 employees.

After six years at Infusionsoft, Brad teamed up with another former Infusionsoft veteran, Dave Lee, to launch SixthDivision and PlusThis (a software company that helps entrepreneurs). Within nine months they had built a seven-figure company that has continued to grow every year since. Each year they help hundreds of entrepreneurs build more successful businesses so they can enjoy life as they see fit.

In 2014, Brad was featured on NBC, ABC, CBS, and Fox television affiliates speaking on marketing automation and small business success, and was quoted in Forbes Magazine as one of America’s PremierExpertsTM. He has also been featured in CNBC, Reuters, MarketWatch, and Yahoo Finance, among other notable news outlets throughout the country.

Brad is married with five (yes, five, you read that right) kids. When he’s not helping entrepreneurs tap into the power of marketing automation, you’ll find Brad building his fitted hat collection (you’ll very rarely see him without a hat on), playing basketball, snowboarding, and spending time with his family.
